what is the purpose of a consultation call? why do i need to book one before i schedule my first appointment?

the consultation call is for both of us. all of my offerings are tailored to each person i work with, and speaking to you before your first session allows me to have a better understanding of what you’re looking for and helps me prepare for our time together. if it feels like a good fit for us both, you will receive a personal link to make your first and future appointments on your own.

what is your cancellation policy?

sessions of any nature can be rescheduled 24 hours in advance. at this moment, embodi does not offer refunds for cancelled sessions. additionally, if you do not show up to your scheduled appointment time or cancel within 24 hours you will be charged the full price of your session.

i’m interested in what you have to offer but i’m unable to afford your prices. do you offer any sliding scales?

financial accessibility is of great importance to me. if any of my offerings feel inaccessible please reach out to me directly so we can make something work. you can also find my equitable pricing scale on my front page, which i am planning to roll out later in 2024.

do you offer packages with multiple offerings?

my embodiment coaching program will offer packages that include multiple offerings in one package. look out for more information in the spring of 2024!

are you a therapist? how about a doctor?

i am neither of those things, and it is important to me that any work we do together is amplifying the work you are already doing with your medical and therapeutic care team.
